SSS Online Inquiry Problems Posted on Facebook

Today, with the growth of Pinoys looking to get served with SSS online inquiry both in the Philippines and from anywhere else in the world, the SSS has to give way for a better service to their members. I remember to have a previous blog that discusses about the problems and issues on online inquiry and boy you wouldn't believe it that such a short post notice would receive so much attention from the Filipino people. hundreds have placed and left their comment clamoring about the "palpak" or failed service of the SSS website with respect to online inquiry.

Some common problems were account sign up failure, account sign in failure, lost password and lack of information on what to do if you encounter the same problems just mentioned. I strongly agree with Pinoys that the poor service occupies a much bigger share of the pie chart more than the good service that the Filipino SSS members deserve.

This is one of the primary reasons why I have opted in to write about some of the most common problems encountered by SSS members with regards to membership status and other account related inquiries via online access. I'd be glad to have them all featured ASAP so the authorities in the government know it.
